The document under study is a news report from ABC News published in May 2023, few days before King Charles III’ coronation. The video deals with a town that had been built by King Charles with the help of a European architecture. It is a sustainable city. It is mix with the countryside and the city. The city is called Poundbury. People like to live there because they say it is a peaceful place, with 250 businesses. It is a flourishing city.

The participation of King Charles in the project is a form of modernization of the priorities of the monarchy. Indeed, Queen Elisabeth never tackled environmental issues.

Eventually, Prince William will have to follow the footsteps of his father in this project as he is owner of the land.
