The document under study is an advertisement (an ad) for the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, published in 2019 on Twitter. It is to promote immigration and attract new immigrant to come live and work in Canada. Indeed, they believe immigrants will help the country to grow to its best.

In fact, on the picture we can see several happy faces of people coming from diverse origins, with different ages coming from all walks of life. They are thankful to Canada for welcoming them.
